Hanover Center is a site operated by Family First Health to provide health services to Hanover and surrounding communities. Hanover Center recently moved from its old location on York Street in Hanover to a new, larger facility at 1230 High Street near Hanover Mall. With this move, services in Hanover are being expanded, and new patients are welcome!
When you call for an appointment, our receptionist will ask about the nature and urgency of your problem or concern so that adequate time can be scheduled. In order for us to provide the best possible care, we ask that you and your family try to schedule with the same doctor each time you come for a visit. We do realize that in certain instances, such as emergencies, this will not always be possible. In such cases, you will be seen by another of our doctors.
