Family First Health is a non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing a broad range of primary medical, dental and social services to residents of York and Adams Counties.  We also offer special services such as mental health counseling, community outreach, nurse home visits to first-time, low-income mothers, and case management for people living with HIV and AIDS.

Our compassionate and responsive staff makes us different from bigger, less personalized medical facilities.  When you become a patient of
Family First Health, you and your family become part of our family.  We take pride in putting you and your family’s health first.
