What: Receive your COVID-19 Moderna booster shot
Who: Anyone who is eligible to receive the booster
When: Friday, November 18th from 12 – 4 pm
Where: Outside in front of our George Street Center

- Must be 18 years or older
- Can be given 2 months after primary series administered
- Bring vaccine card
- *If vaccinated in PA but do not have a card, our team can look up your vaccine record
