Family First Health invites the community to ‘Get Movin’ with Dr. Go’

Family First Health, a community health center serving York and Adams counties, invites the community to “Get Movin’ with Dr. Go” and improve your health one step at a time. Dr. Asceline Go, the medical director for Family First Health, will lead a 30-minute group walk on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, departing from the George Street Center, 116 S. George St., York, and heading toward York City’s Penn Park. Groups will meet in the lobby of the Family First Health George Street Center, and the walks are open to all fitness levels.
