Craig Pate joined the Family First Health team in 2024. He received his Undergraduate Education at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Pate is the Program Director for the General Practice Residency in Dentistry program at the Springwood Road Dental office. Dr. Pate is a fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentists, a fellow of the American College of Dentists, and a member of the American Dental Association.

Natalie joined the Family First Pharmacy team in 2026 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed her Residency in Clinical Pharmacy with an elective focus on HIV at Kaiser Permanente in Rockville, Maryland.

Natalie is a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Colleen joined Family First Health in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry from Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. She was recognized as the Pennsylvania Optometrist of the Year for excellence in clinical practice and leadership.

Brooke is a skilled social worker with a Master of Social Work from Salisbury University and years of clinical experience in oncology support and mental health counseling. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) and Oncology Social Worker-Certified (OSW-C). Brooke brings a strong background in conducting psychosocial assessments, counseling, community resource coordination, and advocacy. At Family First Health, Brooke uses her expertise to support patients and families facing complex health and social challenges, ensuring compassionate care and access to essential resources.

Dr. Patel’s interest in pharmacy began in high school, inspired by a fascination with how medications work in the body. Today, he remains committed to helping patients understand their medications, manage their treatments safely, and improve their overall health outcomes through medication adherence and education.

At Family First Health, Dr. Patel works closely with providers and care teams to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care. He joined the organization because of its strong commitment to serving the community and making healthcare accessible for everyone.

Outside of work, Dr. Patel enjoys reading, playing volleyball, traveling, and exploring new foods. He especially values spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Grove brings nearly two decades of diverse pharmacy experience across hospital, retail, specialty, and home infusion settings. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University’s Mylan School of Pharmacy and is known for her strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach. We are excited to have her as part of the George Street pharmacy team!

Dr. Lakhmani is a compassionate and dedicated physician who earned their medical degree from Calcutta National Medical College in India. Passionate about helping others become the healthiest versions of themselves, they bring a humble, attentive, and non-judgmental approach to patient care. Outside of work, they enjoy staying active, spending time with family, and exploring new hobbies like kayaking and pickleball. Drawn to Family First Health’s mission to serve vulnerable and underinsured communities, Dr. Lakhmani is committed to making healthcare accessible and meaningful for every patient.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Molly Wong to Family First Health! Molly joins us following her graduation from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Her clinical training included comprehensive rotations in endodontics, periodontics, pediatrics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery, and she provided over 200 hours of care to medically complex and special needs patients.

Molly’s commitment to serving underserved communities is deeply rooted in her values, as reflected in her National Health Service Corps Scholarship and her extensive community oral health work across Philadelphia. She also completed a hospital externship at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, gaining experience in advanced procedures such as implant placements and full denture fabrication.

Originally from Illinois, Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating cum laude.

Welcome Stephen Cadena, to the Family First Health team. With a strong foundation in clinical care, Stephen brings hands-on experience from community-focused clinics such as Dr. M.C. Cooper Dental Clinic and North Dallas Shared Ministries, where he provided restorative treatments and patient education.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice and Law from American University and has a rich background in public service, including internships with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C. He is fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving underserved populations, as demonstrated through his volunteer work with Texas Missions of Mercy and Smart Smiles.
