Dr. Christian Carlisle, DDS

Christian joined Family First Health in 2024. He received his Bachelor of Science from Loyola College. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

Fun Fact:

“My uncle is a dentist and he always championed the profession. During my residency at the York Hospital Dental Center, I truly came to appreciate the varied aspects of my field. I am celebrating over 20 years of practice and I enjoy both the clinical and educational components of my job.”

Christopher joined Family First Health in 2025.

Dr. Haas received his Master of Science and Nursing from West Virginia University and his Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

“As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am educated in the art and science of nursing, with the goal of assisting patients to attain, maintain, or restore health when possible. My competency is determined by demonstrated possession of the knowledge, attitudes, and skills required for my job role. I provide patient care utilizing the nursing process while adhering to the ANA Standards of Practice.”

Shelly Spencer, RDH joined Family First Health in 2024.

Shelly received her Associate in Dental Hygiene from Luzerne College and her Bachelor’s in Education from Bloomsburg University. Shelly is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. She has over 25 years of experience and dedication to the dental field.

Maria Sequeira, DDS joined Family First Health in 2024.

Dr. Sequeira received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baltimore College Dental Surgery Dental School. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and fluent in Spanish.

Jeanine Pickett, BS, RDH joined Family First Health in 2024.

Jeanine received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland at Baltimore for Dental Hygiene. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Jeanine has over 30 years of experience in the dental field.

Erika Parker, DDS joined Family First Health in 2024

Dr. Parker received her Bachelor of Science from Towson University. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

Tara Brockmeyer, PHDHP, joined Family First Health in 2024.

Tara is a Registered Dental Hygienist, She received her degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology for Dental Hygiene. Tara has been in the dental field for over 20 years.

Elizabeth Adwa, joined Family First Health in 2025

Elizabeth completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Delaware. he has experience working in an early psychosis program in Delaware, where she has been able to support individuals during some of the most pivotal moments of their mental health journeys.

Elizabeth loves to create different things and travel with her family. She hopes to one day visit every continent of the world.
