Family First Health is excited to welcome Dr. Crystal Lovelace, M.D., a dedicated Family Medicine resident from St. Luke’s University Health Network in Bethlehem, PA. Dr. Lovelace brings a strong passion for outpatient care, women’s health, pediatrics, and procedures. She earned her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine and holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neurology and Psychology from Lehigh University.

Dr. Lovelace has a rich background in community service, patient advocacy, and leadership, including roles with the Lion Care Free Clinic, Beacon Clinic, and various outreach programs supporting underserved populations. Her commitment to holistic, compassionate care aligns perfectly with Family First Health’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare to all.

Taylor Giambrone, MSN, MPH, FNP-BC is a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in public health and a deep commitment to advancing health equity. With a background in pediatric critical care and maternal-child community health, Taylor brings a holistic and compassionate approach to patient care, especially for underserved populations. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University. Taylor is dedicated to preventive care, patient advocacy, and fostering meaningful community connections to improve health outcomes.

Dr. Jill Young started with Family First Health in 2025. Dr. Jill Young, DDS is a caring and detail-oriented general dentist licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She earned her DDS from the University of Maryland and completed a General Practice Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She also holds a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and is CPR certified.

Family First Health is excited to welcome
Dr. Adenike Adisa. She attended the University of Ghana Medical School and will be taking the American Board of Pediatrics Board Certification exam.
The health and well-being of your child is her top priority.

Brent joined Family First Health in 2025. He graduated from Juniata College with a bachelor’s in Biology and minored in Psychology. Brent then went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry form Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  Brent practices full scope optometry including comprehensive eye exams for children and adults, contact lens fittings, as well as management of chronic and acute ocular disease. He finds caring for patients with acute painful eyes particularly rewarding.

Stephanie has been with Family First Health since 2024. She is a registered dental hygienist who earned her degree from Northampton Community College and received her her Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certificate.  She comes to Family First Health with 35 years of experience. Fun Fact: Stephanie loves to travel to different places for fun adventures like white water rafting, ziplining, surfing and more.

Kaitlyn Keyser joined Family First Health in 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Reading Hospital School of Nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Nurse Practitioner concentration from Walden University. We are excited to have Kaitlyn on board, helping to care for her own community in Columbia, PA.

Kaitlyn says, “Becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner allowed me to expand my knowledge and better serve those around me. My goal is to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care. When patients see me, they can expect a warm welcome, a listening ear, and a collaborative approach to their health. I believe education is a key part of wellness, and I strive to ensure every patient understands the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind their care.”

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking with her family and exploring new places on weekend adventures. Kaitlyn also loves reading, gardening, tending to her many houseplants, and cherishing time with her husband and children.

 

Jessica joined Family First Health in 2024.

Dr. Jarecki received her completed her undergraduate at the King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Jarecki would like patients to know “I love what I do. The most satisfying part of my job is to see children come into the practice as toddlers and continue to grow and mature into healthy young adults with great oral health.

 

Dr. Christian Carlisle, DDS

Christian joined Family First Health in 2024. He received his Bachelor of Science from Loyola College. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

“My uncle is a dentist and he always championed the profession. During my residency at the York Hospital Dental Center, I truly came to appreciate the varied aspects of my field. I am celebrating over 20 years of practice and I enjoy both the clinical and educational components of my job.”
