Nicole Durham joined Family First Health in 2013. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSN and her Masters Degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner concentration from York College of Pennsylvania. Nicole was at extern an Family First Health before becoming a well-loved provider.
Nicole also provides healthcare for those people living with HIV. She has achieved specialty certification and is an HIV specialist (AAHIVS) since 2020.
Dr. Luis Garcia joined Family First Health in 2014. Dr. Garcia serves as Chief Medical Information Officer for Family First Health.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Garcia completed his Family medicine residency at York Hospital.
Dr. Garcia has been on multiple mission trips to Ecuador. Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, and FACTS an organization to promote and educate medical professionals about fertility awareness based methods. His hobbies and interests are spending time with his family, traveling, gardening, and photography and he is active in his faith community.
Andrea Velasquez joined Family First Health in 2013. Andrea received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Kettering College, following her Bachelor in Science in Biology from Washington Adventist University. Andrea is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, and reading.
Jess Boore has been with Family First Health since 2005. She is a registered dental hygienist who earned her degree from Harrisburg Community College and received her Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certificate. She has previously worked with Family First Health as a dental assistant enjoying her time with the staff and patients.
Rinu Joseph, DMD earned her dental degree from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and her G.P.R from St. Mary’s Hospital/ Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Joseph has been practicing general dentistry for more than twenty years. She has been with Family First Health for fifteen years.
Joseph Mountain earned his D.M.D. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2004. Before coming to Family First Health, Dr. Mountain was a general practice resident at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. His skills include endodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and initial periodontal therapy.
LaJuan Mountain earned her D.M.D. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2004. Before coming to Family First Health, Dr. Mountain was a general practice resident at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. Brooke Lasher, PA-C, joined Family First Health in 2012. She received her Undergraduate degree – a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med from Huntington University. Brooke received her Masters of Science in Physicians Assistant Studies at the University of Saint Francis. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Brooke is active with her two sons in the local sports community and can often be found at the local soccer fields or basketball courts.
Dr. Go is Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of HIV Medicine as a credentialed HIV Specialist. Dr. Go is fluent in Chinese, Tagalog, English, and conversational Spanish.
