LaJuan Mountain earned her D.M.D. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2004. Before coming to Family First Health, Dr. Mountain was a general practice resident at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Her skills include endodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and initial periodontal therapy.

Brooke Lasher, PA-C, joined Family First Health in 2012. She received her Undergraduate degree – a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med from Huntington University. Brooke received her Masters of Science in Physicians Assistant Studies at the University of Saint Francis. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Brooke is active with her two sons in the local sports community and can often be found at the local soccer fields or basketball courts.

Carolyn DeLoe joined Family First Health in July 2009. Carolyn is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University. She earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Widener University in 2000. Carolyn DeLoe is certified as a family nurse practitioner, and has worked in a variety of settings across the Susquehanna Valley, including the HealthConnect Mobile Unit and WellSpan Health. Carolyn is fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with the Latino populations in York and Adams Counties.

Dr. Go is Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of HIV Medicine as a credentialed HIV Specialist. Dr. Go is fluent in Chinese, Tagalog, English, and conversational Spanish.
