Alicia joined Family First Health in 2022.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania and her Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University.
Elizabeth Leen, LCSW
Elizabeth “Liz” Leen, LCSW, joined Family First Health in July 2021. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Shippensburg University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in human sexuality, gender identity, and human development. Liz is also the program manager for the behavioral health department at Family First Health.
Liz is a native of Central Pennsylvania and lives with her husband and daughter in New Cumberland, PA.
Helen Madea, LCSW
Helen Madea, LCSW joined Family First Health in 2021. Helen received her Bachelors in Social Work from Messiah College and her Masters in Social Work from Millersville University. Helen enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and inspiring people to make unique changes that improve their quality of life.
Gregg Peters, OD
Family First Health began offering optometry services at our George Street Center in early 2021.
Gregg Peters, OD joined Family First Health in late 2020.
Dr. Peters received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Gettysburg College. He received his Bachelor of Science in Optometry and Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Peters is a member of the American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the South Central Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Ciara Rundle, PA-C
Ciara Rundle, PA-C joined Family First Health in 2020.
Ciara received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, Minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University.
Christina Little, LPC
Christina (Christy) Little, LPC joined Family First Health in 2020. Christina received her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from York College of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Christy has served the community in the area of mental health and wellness for over 20 years. Throughout this time, she has worked with individuals from ages 14 and older in private practice, school, wilderness, and medical settings. She provides person-centered, eclectic approaches to walk with clients through life transitions and challenges. She specializes in mood disorders, chronic medical conditions, trauma, and recovery from emotionally abusive relationships.
In her free time, Christy enjoys live music, outdoor activities, and painting.

Mary Klein, LPC has her Board of Regents Degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and her MA in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate School in Huntington, West Virginia.
Thamar Petit Mistry, DMD
Thamar Petit Mistry, DMD joined Family First Health in 2019. Dr. Mistry received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University, Kornberg School of Dentistry.
Bradley Huffaker, DDS
Bradley Huffaker, DDS joined Family First Health in 2019.
Dr. Huffaker received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
