Ashley Alston, PA-C joined Family First Health in 2024.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from Delaware State University and her Masters of Health Sciences in Health Science, Physician Assistant Program from University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Ashley is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is a National Health Service Corp Scholar.
Get to know Ashley Alston, PA-C:
Where did you go to school, and what did you study? I attended Delaware State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Movement Science. I then completed my Physician Assistant degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Why did you want to become a Physician Assistant? My passion for medicine, innate curiosity to learn, and desire to help others led me to become a PA. A key goal in my career is to address social determinants of health and work toward reducing healthcare disparities, while striving to provide patients with high-quality, collaborative, and compassionate care.
What are your hobbies? I enjoy spending time with family and friends, catching up on tv shows, and making homemade cosmetics.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? My favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend quality time with my loved ones.
What can a patient expect when they see you as a provider? Patients can expect a warm smile, a compassionate approach, and a collaborative effort focused on improving their health outcomes.
Why did you choose to work at Family First Health? Family First Health’s commitment to compassionate care and reducing barriers for underserved communities aligns with my values. I’m also excited about the opportunity for teamwork and inter-professional collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Jason Long joined Family First Health in June 2025. Jason Long, PharmD, MBA, PAHM is a dedicated pharmacist committed to helping individuals achieve their highest level of health and wellness. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from West Chester University, followed by a Doctor of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy. He later completed a Master of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Throughout his career, Jason has practiced pharmacy in New York, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania, gaining a broad range of experience in different healthcare settings.
Jason’s passion for pharmacy is rooted in his desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives through accessible and effective care. Patients can expect a provider who is caring, warm, upbeat, and highly professional, always striving to deliver the best possible service and experience.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, biking, water sports, and cross-country skiing with his family. He also has a love for woodworking and music. His favorite way to spend free time is traveling and making memories with his loved ones.
Jason chose to join Family First Health because of its mission-driven approach to care. He values the opportunity to be part of a team that is professional, positive, and focused on improving the lives of those in the community.

Stacie Gill, DPM, joined Family First Health in 2024.
Dr. Gill attended Arcadia University and received her degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.

Why did you want to become podiatrist? I wanted to become a podiatrist because I like how it combines conservative and surgical treatment to help people with foot problems to feel better.
What can a patient expect when they see you as a provider? What I hope to provide to patients is a caring practitioner, who takes time to listen to their foot problems and concerns. I hope that, together, we can find a treatment plan that will help them feel better.
Why I choose to work at Family First Health? I chose to work at Family First because of the environment of teamwork among the different specialties.
Favorite thing to do outside of work? I enjoy gardening and cooking in my spare time. My favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with my family and friends.

Dana Linn-Toomey, DPM joined Family First Health in 2024.
Dr. Linn-Toomey attended the University of Miami and received her undergraduate degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Barry University School of Podiatry.

Where have you practiced previously? I previously practiced at Premier Ankle and Foot Specialist for 11 years and Beech Tree Podiatry for 7 years
Why did you want to become podiatrist? I became a podiatrist because people come in in pain and leave feeling better.
What can a patient expect when they see you as a provider? When patients come to see me, they can expect a provider who will take time to listen to their concerns and provide all treatment options, both conservative and surgical and together come up with the best treatment plan for the patient.
Why I choose to work at Family First Health? I chose to work at Family First Health to provide York County with better access to foot care and promote proper foot health.
Favorite thing to do outside of work? I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I favorite pastime is watching my girls play soccer and my son play baseball.

Dr. Samantha Mohler joined Family First Health in 2024.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Delaware, received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel Medical College) in Philadelphia. Dr. Mohler completed her Family medicine residency at York Hospital and has worked in the York community as a family doctor for the past ten years.
Dr. Mohler is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids as well as their large extended family. Her hobbies include traveling, dancing and cake baking.

Amber Remmell, LPC joined Family Fist Health in January 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania and Masters of Education in School Counseling from Loyola University of Maryland.
Amber has experience working in many mental health settings including school and community based. She specializes in adults, children, and family who are looking for support in addressing symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ect. Therapeutic interventions are tailored to patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
She enjoys crafting, talking about animals, and traveling in her free time.

Jasmine Ragland, PA-C, joined Family First Health in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University. She also received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Wake Forest School of Medicine.
Jasmine is a HRSA National Health Service Corps scholarship recipient for her passion to serve communities where there is a greater need for access to healthcare. She is also a professional member of the American Acadamy of Physician Assistant. In Jasmine’s free time, she can be found spending time with loved ones and her dog, gardening, hiking, reading books, and serving in her faith’s community.

Colleen Webb, CRNP, joined Family First Health in 2023. Colleen received her Bachelors of Science from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. Later she received her Masters Degree in Nursing with her specialty in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee. Colleen has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for over 15 years in Family or Internal Medicine. She started her career as a Nurse Practitioner in Appalachia. She has practiced in Tennessee, Maryland and Pennsylvania. She most recently practiced in York Pennsylvania. She is Board Certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
Colleen was born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. She lives with her husband Forest. Colleen has 2 children and 1 grandchild. She spends her time outside of work in her studio doing stained glass, being a foodie, traveling and listening to music.
